  In October we moved from Northern Ontario to Montreal. Prior to our househunting trip we had spent little or no time in the city. Maxence was a big help in taking us to different areas of Montreal and explaining the pros and cons of living in each neighbourhood. Maxence demonstrated a keen understanding by correctly interpreting our ideal needs for a new home, was quick to respond to our questions and had patience in viewing many condo buildings with us as we selected and deselected the many areas and residences available. Fully bilingual Maxence is polite, respectful and has an excellent knowledge of the downtown real estate market. He was instrumental in guiding us through the negotiations to a positive outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential buyer, or seller.

  Very high pressure sales tactics with Susan Buscemi! Pressuring us to get an agent of our own, meanwhile giving out false information. We asked if there were rooftop terraces on the building considering the neighbors all have them, she said that there was none. When we went outside to take a closer look we spotted three large rooftop terraces on top of the building mentioned. Again there was some pressure for us to get a pre-approval financially, when she knew nothing about our situation and considering we just just met. Before visiting she also called to ask if we wanted immediate acquisition, before we even saw the space.. Just really poor service with a condescending attitude.
