  After speaking Jonathan I felt extremely informed and aware of my options. He carefully assessed and deconstructed my issue, provided feedback with clear explanations, and provided excellent advice. I'm extremely appreciative that he not only explained things but that he took the time to ensure that I actually understood the explanations and did not leave anything to chance. He was also very personable and provided rapid service. Lastly, Jonathan made it super convenient for me by doing everything via email and over the phone so I didn't have to travel to his office on the other end of town.   Cannot recommend. Claimed to have experience with the issue I was having, but in the end clearly did not. Neglected my case by letting exorbitant amounts of time pass between going from one step to the next. Eventually called me and literally asked me what I think we should do.
