  Friendly service. The staff are genuinely passionate about cycling. When it comes to repairs, they've always got the job done at a reasonable price. When I had a warranty issue with some wheels I bought, they were quite understanding and helped me get a replacement from the manufacturer.

  They also spend many, many hours volunteering at cancer rides, triathlons, etc., to help out the athletes at these events. Hats off to you guys!

  Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always try to do what they can to accommodate what I've needed (like odd lengths of cables and housing).

  5+ !!! I purchased my bike and cycling equipment from Martin Swiss - and I couldn't be happier with the service! Being a new cyclist, I wasn't sure what to look out for and the staff was very knowledgeable in assisting me to find the right gear that fit my needs and budget. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with each visit! I strongly recommend checking out the store for all cycling equipment, mechanics, and more!

  'Unpleasant staff' resonates the most with me from my brief yet unfortunate experience with Martin Swiss. I called them to inquire about a Schwinn bicycle for my daughter and was told to "go buy it there then" when I asked if they would match or at least partially adjust their price to reflect that of the local competition. To the management: I recommend educating your staff on how to remain professional and polite when answering difficult questions posed by your customers.

  They completely tuned up my bike, friendly service, did a great job, all for free! During the charity event "ride to conquer cancer". Very appreciated guys!
